An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our high-performing Administration Team.
This dynamic, fast-paced environment will see you using your exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills to manage the preparation and maintenance of wholesale and retail finance documentation in accordance with PACCAR Financial Pty Ltd's policies & procedures.
**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Prepare Retail loan documents for customer as per loan approval requirements.
- Arrange loan settlements with dealers, suppliers to ensure release of trucks to customers.
- Process administration requests from either customer and or Regional Sales Managers for customer contact payout quotes, instalment schedules.
- Prioritise multiple tasks to ensure customer requirements are delivered in a timely fashion.
- Exceptional customer service in person and over the phone to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems with changes to contracts terms, customer change requests and re producing loan documents for customers when required.
- Assist with the Wholesale loan portfolio processing.
- Prepare and finalise contract settlements.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous demonstrated **Asset finance or banking experience** is desirable
- Previous experience in a high paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver multiple tasks at short notice.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Polite and concise phone manner.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment and independently.
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet use are essential (Training will be provided for in-house systems).
