The Motel Manager will oversee all aspects of motel operations, including guest services, staff management, and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accommodation, restaurant, and guest services
* Supervise and delegate duties to supervisors
* Plan and organize departmental training sessions
* Ensure good communication between departments
* Perform night shift duties, including system checks and report preparation
* Control and manage expenses
* Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure optimal room availability
* Actively participate in Sales Activity
* Conduct regular inspections and meet with supervisors and team members
