About the Role Collab Recruit is working alongside Nexion Group in their search for a Service Coordinator to join the team. The role will co-ordinate the maintenance and service of automotive workshop equipment. This role ensures efficient scheduling, customer satisfaction, and smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time role based in the Nexion office in Seven Hills. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate after-sales service technicians to ensure timely and effective installations, maintenance and repairs. Liaise with customers, providing excellent support and solutions for service-related inquiries. Manage scheduling, workflow, and documentation for technician assignments. Assist with daily transactions and general office duties Handle phone enquiries/customer service and answering incoming calls, faxes and emails Process warranty claims Take ownership of initial debt collecting. About You: Must have proven experience in a service coordination role, preferably within the automotive or technical sector. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of automotive workshop equipment is an advantage. Why Join Us?
