Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newcastle, NSW, for a Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales professional. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, pitching ATOmate's solutions to prospective clients, and attending industry events to expand the company's network. The BDM/Sales professional will also collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or a similar role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to conduct thorough market research and develop effective sales strategies
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
* Understanding of financial or accounting processes is advantageous
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
* Ability to identify and engage with potential clients to generate sales opportunities
* Knowledge of business automation systems or experience in technology sales is beneficial
