Clinical Program Director Role

Manage and strategically grow the Wound Care Program to provide quality outcomes for patients with non-healing wounds.

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Wound Care Center, including staff management and financial management.
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required throughout employment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred with 1 year of marketing/community education experience in the healthcare industry.
* Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred with 2 or more years of marketing/community education experience in the healthcare industry.
* 4 years or more of marketing/community education experience in the healthcare industry.
* Wound care experience required.
* Management experience preferred.
Key Skills and Abilities:
* Demonstrated competency in Basic Life Support (BLS).
* Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including group presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
* Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
* Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Leadership and teaching skills; ability to build relationships and influence others.
* Auditory and color perception requirements.
Work Environment:
* Normal office environment; primarily indoors.
* Patient care environment with exposure to hazards (bloodborne pathogens, etc.).
* Exposure to mechanical equipment and proximity to moving objects.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Salary: $90,000 - $110,000. Full-Time Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, PTO and Sick Time Accruals.
