Key Job Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional department managers to formulate, develop and implement systematic policies and strategic plans covering advertising, public relations, sales and overall marketing operations, aligning with the institute's long-term development goals.
2. Organize and oversee end-to-end sales activities by defining optimized product mix, delineating geographical sales territories, and establishing standardized customer service protocols to ensure efficient sales operation and high client satisfaction.
3. Lead and direct merchandising strategies and distribution policies by coordinating the daily work of sales teams, managing and organizing cooperation mechanisms with industry agents and distributors, and unifying sales execution standards.
4. Supervise and optimize sales methods and business arrangements through formulating scientific product pricing strategies and reasonable credit terms, driving sales performance and sustainable business revenue.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer demands, adjust marketing and sales strategies in a timely manner, and provide actionable strategic suggestions for the institute's business development.
6. Manage the marketing and sales budget, track investment returns of various marketing projects, and ensure efficient use of operational resources.
7. Lead, motivate and develop the marketing and sales team, build a high-performance working team, and clarify team member job responsibilities and performance goals.
Job Requirements
1. Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or related fields
2. Proven at least one-year work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role, with successful track records in marketing strategy formulation and sales operation management.
3. In-depth understanding of marketing, advertising, public relations and sales operation principles, with rich experience in team coordination and distributor management.
4. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, decision-making ability and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
5. Proficiency in marketing data analysis, market research and related office software; familiarity with educational industry marketing models is a strong advantage.
6. Strong leadership, team management skills and execution ability, able to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic work needs.
7. Integrity, proactive working attitude, and high sense of responsibility and mission.
