What You'll Do
* Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles, covering engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and more
* Perform road tests and maintain accurate service documentation
* Advise customers on vehicle issues and service recommendations with clarity and confidence
* Work closely with the workshop team to keep operations running smoothly
* Follow WHS and safety procedures at all times
* Use the latest tools, technology, and equipment to deliver top-notch service

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Motor Mechanic (Senior or Head Mechanic experience preferred)
* Automotive trade qualification (Cert III)
* AIS Inspection Ticket (highly regarded)
* Current manual driver's licence
* Experience managing and training team members/apprentices (not required but a bonus)
* Workshop management experience (not required but a bonus)
* Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to WHS and workplace safety
* Availability to work Saturdays
