About You

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive and courteous attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing work demands. Teamwork, administrative efficiency, and professionalism are key to success.

You Will


* Have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Have proven administrative skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
* Be team-focused, courteous, and capable of handling routine correspondence and office systems.

About The Role

To provide effective and efficient Administration support to the Indigo Shire Building and Environmental Health Team.

Tasks Include
* General administrative duties to assist with Building Services and Environmental Health.
* Assisting with Registration of Swimming Pools & Spas and associated tasks.
* Entering of Building information into Council's Data Bases.
* Registration of Food Premises.

Mandatory Checks And Pre-employment Requirements
* 2 x Reference Checks
* Current Driver's Licence
* National Police Check
