HR Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, including induction programs and maintenance of personnel files
* Provide administrative support to the People & Culture Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to review and update HR policies and procedures
* Utilize HRIS platform to manage leave management and rosters
* Support ad-hoc tasks as required by the organization
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proven experience in HR administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills, respect for others, and ability to work independently
* Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
