Seed Employment is seeking Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants for a paid, full time Cert III Rigging Traineeship. You will work alongside experienced riggers on towers, masts and communication structures across Australia while completing a nationally recognised qualification and gaining industry tickets.
About the Role
-Assist with installation of towers, masts and communication structures
-Support installation and maintenance of antennas and equipment at height
-Learn to safely use rigging tools, equipment and systems
-Assist with maintenance, inspections and basic repair work
-Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
-Travel to project sites, including regional, remote and FIFO locations
About You
-Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
-Interested in construction, rigging or handson outdoor work
-Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
-Willing to work at heights, or open to learning with support
-Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
-Safety focused and able to follow instructions
-Driver licence helpful but not essential
-Any labouring, construction or trade experience is a bonus

Wages
Wages are paid at the applicable trainee rates for your age and level under the Award. Trainee wages may start lower than some entry level roles, however completing your qualification provides strong earning potential and longterm career opportunities across multiple industries.
