Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for all Queensland mine sites
- Coordinate and plan shutdowns, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently
- Identify and communicate customer needs
- Attend pre-shutdown meetings on site as required
- Manage service team to ensure all work requirements are completed, including toolbox meetings, JHA, and Take 5 processes
- Develop JHA for new or high-level tasks required on sites
- Ensure adherence to WH&S practices for all staff members
- Maintain excellent customer relations
Qualifications:
-Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the mining industry
-Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
-Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
