We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused candidate to join their Commercial team as a Pre-Delivery Coordinator.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring vehicles and products are prepared prior to delivery by coordinating bookings, liaising with customers, dealerships, workshops, and leasing companies, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do:
* Coordinate bookings for deliveries, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
* Liaise with dealerships, workshops, leasing companies, and customers to confirm and update booking details
* Resolve product or service enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Generate invoices and warranty documentation when required
* Manage follow-ups, confirmations, and new orders within KPI timeframes
* Arrange shipment of stock to ensure availability before application or delivery
* Answer customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping in company systems and fleet portals
* Assist with audits and provide support to team members when needed
What you'll need:
* 1–2 years' experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication skills – written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs
* A proactive and positive approach, with a team-first attitude
* Reliability and willingness to learn in a supportive environment
