You will have a dedicated buddy and fortnightly technical training to boost your clinical skills and confidence. You'll be mentored by an experienced clinician delivering therapy in clinics, client homes, schools, and via telehealth, with 1-on-1 mentoring to support your career ambitions.

Responsibilities
* Help children achieve development milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to support play, school, or independent skills
* Educate and involve parents, carers and others to facilitate development and learning
* Assist children with developmental delays to learn everyday tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, feeding)
* Support children with behavioral issues to maintain positive behaviors across environments using constructive strategies
Qualifications
* A degree in Occupational Therapy
* Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
* Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
* A full valid driver\'s license with access to your own vehicle and third-party insurance
* A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
* A clear current Police Check, or willingness to obtain
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
* First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
* Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
