As a Design Manager, you will require:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (candidates with extensive Design Manager experience in lieu of formal qualifications will also be considered)
* Proven track record as a Design Manager within a mid-tier or top-tier construction company
* Demonstrated experience delivering Design & Construct (D&C) projects
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
* Experience contributing to tenders and supporting future project bids
