The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and experience in customer service engineering.
* Maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
* Providing expert technical advice on maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical equipment.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
* Participating in sales processes and offering technical support throughout the customer lifecycle.
* Effectively managing and resolving technical escalations.
* Providing best-in-class service to customers through timely technical support, maintenance, and repairs.
* Maintaining a high level of knowledge through ongoing training and development.
This role may require working at alternative locations and occasional additional hours outside standard business hours due to the criticality of the equipment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
* Familiarity with medical equipment is desirable but not necessary.
* A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A full driver's license and relevant working rights.
