Role: Platform Engineer (ELK and Kubernetes)
Location: Sydney
Job Description:
* Background in Software or Systems Engineering in the Telco or Online domain
* Experience with software defined infrastructure orchestration tools
* Experience with immutable architectures and containerization technologies
* Experience with configuration management tools
* In depth experience with Amazon Web Services (VPC, EC2, Route53, S3, CloudFormation, APIs and SDKs)
* Proficient use of distributed version control systems
* Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools
* Experience with software build and release management workflows
* Proficiency in a programming language
* Linux/Unix system administration experience
* SaltStack or Terraform
* Docker, LXC, OpenVZ or Xen
* Puppet, Chef or Ansible
* AWS Architecture or Operations Certification
* GIT or similar
* Jenkins or Bamboo
* C, C++, Perl, Python, JavaScript, Bash, Ruby
* Content management systems
* SalesForce
* Google Cloud Platform
