About the Role
An exciting prospect for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a high‑performing real estate team on the Northern Beaches. You’ll be supporting two top agents ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly from listing to settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the agent services inbox and coordinate daily administrative tasks
- Oversee all aspects of listing compliance and documentation
- Upload and maintain accurate property data within CRM (AgentBox)
- Coordinate marketing materials and ensure campaign deadlines are met
- Arrange photography, videography, floor plans, and copywriting
- Coordinate styling, signage, brochures, and digital marketing schedules
- Liaise with external marketing suppliers to obtain and manage campaign quotes
- Proof and approve marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
- Be the central point of contact for agents, vendors, and buyers
- Handle incoming enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule and confirm appointments, open homes, and inspections
- Manage the team calendar, meetings, and property launch timelines
- Support agents with day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous real estate experience
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AgentBox or similar CRM systems
- Car and drivers license
