About the Role
We are recruiting for an Estimator to join our client's team in Hampshire, working on various new build and refurb projects. The successful candidate will be part of the pre-construction team, reporting into the Director.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to put together detailed estimates
* Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Requirements
* Experience working for a main contractor
* Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
* Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
