Role Profile
The Customer Executive at Tirlán will report to the Senior Customer Manager and is responsible for supporting the Consumer Domestic sales and customer management teams, assisting in market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role aims to build foundational skills in sales, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to the success of the sales team and offering a strong career path within Tirlán.
Responsibilities
1. Assist Customer Managers in managing client relationships. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Participate in customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and build relationships.
2. Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Support promotional activities, product launches, and related admin tasks.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account status. Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and inquiries. Prepare materials and agendas for meetings and reviews. Ensure follow-up actions are completed.
4. Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team. Collect and report customer feedback for product and service improvements.
5. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align customer strategies and support cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
6. Monitor KPIs related to customer accounts and sales targets, providing regular updates to supervisors on progress towards goals.
7. Adhere to Tirlán’s ethical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all customer interactions and business activities.
