Your new role
As the Business Development Manager, based in Hobart, Launceston, Devonport or Burnie, you will be responsible for proactively leading the business development and client engagement activities. The role is responsible for business development through identifying and preparing opportunities for growth and promoting the profile of the organisation. Manage the stakeholder engagement strategy, effectively manage client journeys and provide a high level of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the development of the key stakeholder's engagement strategy and provide associated reporting on implementation.
- Ensure the best possible client experience
- Optimise sales growth and market penetration in designated services
- Support and grow brand awareness
- Ensure a strong partnership is maintained with the operational team
What you'll need to succeed
As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience in stakeholder engagement management, partnerships and business development. You will need a strategic mindset, attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
