Core Responsibilities: Serve as a Technology Risk adviser for projects, focusing on IT and Cyber Conduct Project Risk Assessments, review and challenge project risks and issues Support early Triage and Risk Questionnaires, tracking and supporting Project Assessments Checklist Manage Technology Risk Project Administration About The Role: Advise on project risk management for IT and Cyber projects, programs, and stakeholders Perform end-to-end risk support, including cloud risk assessments Analyze and escalate thematic risk and compliance issues Develop templates and tools for consistent risk and compliance application Support remediation activities for IT/Cyber incidents and issues Identify actions to prevent future issues, ensuring timely resolution of control actions Guide management in developing action plans for emerging risks Facilitate workshops and maintain risk assessment documentation Advise on technology, cloud, and cyber risk controls and processes Perform regular risk assessments and updates, including project steering and compliance deliverables Provide insights on risk and compliance data, promoting a culture of continuous improvement About You: Experience in a managerial role with expertise in IT & Cyber risk management, compliance, audit, or process design Strong technical understanding of controls design and effectiveness Experience in audit or risk management in complex financial or insurance organizations Ability to manage issues, incidents, and data reporting effectively Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform decisions Problem-solving skills with a curious and creative approach Benefits and Perks: Inclusive culture supporting diversity and authenticity Flexible work options and workplace adjustments Career development, mentoring, and global mobility opportunities Discounts on Allianz products and services, financial wellness initiatives, and employee share program Our Culture: We value diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive, grow, and contribute their unique perspectives.
