Job Title
As a front-line representative at our organization, you will provide exceptional customer service and facilities support in a dynamic corporate environment.
This role involves managing the reception desk activities, including visitor induction, contacting hosts, and issuing access badges. You will also foster positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
* Assisting site coordinators with inspections and escorting as required.
* Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms.
* Monitoring office supplies and stationery stock.
* Lodging work requests via our system.
* Handling complaints and troubleshooting problems.
* Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements before granting site access to contractors.
* Reviewing daily work orders for the region and contacting staff if deadlines are approaching.
* Collating and preparing monthly reports for the region.
* Maintaining utilization databases and submitting data in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook skills.
* Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and a customer-centric approach.
* Previous experience in facilities, hospitality, or a related field.
* A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
