The Role
We’re seeking a Maintenance Plumber in Ballina to provide both planned and reactive plumbing services across aviation, healthcare, and retail clients. You’ll join our mobile plumbing team, delivering upgrades, remedial works, and commercial maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out planned and reactive commercial plumbing maintenance
- Install new plumbing fixtures and replace end-of-life assets
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing and roofing leaks
- Troubleshoot defects and resolve design issues cost-effectively
- Provide value-driven repairs that meet client expectations
- Foster strong working relationships with clients and teammates
- Participate in on-call roster with excellent OT/penalty rates
- Ensure compliance with WHSE requirements and BGIS systems
Your Education, Experience & Skills
- Certificate III in Plumbing (mandatory)
- Strong commercial plumbing maintenance experience
- White Card (mandatory)
- Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
- TMV ticket (advantageous)
- Backflow prevention experience (advantageous)
- Certificate IV in Plumbing (advantageous)
- Proactive, safety-first approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
