Brief Description

Convenient locations plus new technology enables a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points. Your Responsibilities

* Support the Depot Manager with the day‐to‐day smooth operation of your Depot.
* Ensure customers feel welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers.
* Lead a small team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Manually count containers and perform manual handling.
* Sort recyclable items into their correct categories.
* Handle cash and ensure accurate record keeping.
* Ensure staff adhere to all health and safety procedures and highlight any hazards, faults or risks.
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that staff have the necessary skills and training to work safely and efficiently.

About You

* Previous customer service, hospitality or retail experience is highly preferred.
* Experience leading a small or medium team is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel.
* A current driver's licence.
* An optimistic attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions.
