We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our ACM Agri Events team, supporting the delivery of large-scale agricultural events across Australia.

About the Role
Based in Tamworth, this full-time position supports the Event Operations and Technology Manager in the planning and delivery of events across the year.
The role offers a mix of office-based responsibilities and on-site involvement, particularly in the lead-up to and during event periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Support event planning and day-to-day operations
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
* Assist with site setup, operations and pack-down
* Manage communications including email, phone and general enquiries
* Maintain and update event documentation and information
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
About You
You are organised, proactive and comfortable working across a range of tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working both in the office and on-site
* A practical approach and willingness to assist where needed
Requirements
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to travel to event sites, including occasional overnight stays
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours during event periods (time off in lieu applies)
