Key Responsibilities
As a highly skilled educator, you will model excellence in teaching and learning through demonstration lessons, mentoring and coaching colleagues, and facilitating school-based professional learning.
You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop a shared vision of effective teacher practice and lead the implementation of whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery.
* Develop and implement high-quality teaching and learning practices to drive improved student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver professional learning opportunities that support teacher growth and development.
