Position SummaryThe Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in delivering IT services and projects within the organization.

Manage project scope by defining and controlling project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure IT service management processes are adhered to, improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.Lead the requirements management process, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured and addressed.
Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and close projects efficiently.Drive delivery management efforts to ensure projects meet organizational goals and objectives.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
