Your Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary technical resource for pumps, cyclones, and valves.
* Build strong relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.
* Conduct proactive inspections and audits of equipment.
* Identify improvement opportunities and share insights with the sales team.
* Troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance to minimize downtime.
* Support conversions by showcasing technical benefits.
* Record site activities, inspections, and opportunities in a CRM system.
* Prepare structured technical reports and share insights with colleagues.
Requirements
* Technical or trade qualification in mechanical, process, or related engineering field.
* Hands-on experience with pumps, cyclones, or valves in a mining or heavy industry environment.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
* Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
