Concession Manager
This role requires a customer-centric professional with exceptional service skills and a passion for the retail industry.
* You will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and productivity by achieving key performance indicators set by the business.
* A strong leader, you will inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
* You will work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers to drive business results.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A proven track record of managing fast-paced retail or hospitality businesses.
* Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and roster generation.
* A large team management background, including performance, productivity, training, and development.
* Operational excellence, stock control, and visual merchandising expertise.
* Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
