About the role
We're looking for a true Branch Manager to join this impressive, service-based company. The role will ultimately involve P&L responsibility, driving top line revenue development, operational efficiency + engaging a team of service staff and support functions.
Duties
* Drive operational efficiencies through the service team
* Ensure internal sales team working at pace to maximise opportunities within the market
* Ensure sales and operations work effectively to uncover & deliver on new business opportunities & drive repeat business
* Lead with presence and effectiveness across the whole branch
* Full responsibility for P&L for the branch
Skills and Experience
* Strong leadership credentials, ideally having led both sales & operations / service functions previously
* Industry experience aligned to industrial services with both sales & service business streams
* Commercially savvy including understanding sales & revenue generation in addition to operations
* Ideally have P&L responsibility
* Passionate leader able to implement change management & drive best practice through a branch
