**Job Description:**
Loco Love is a growing, fast-paced company that produces high-quality organic products. We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our Customer Relationship team as a key player in supporting sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience and excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop administrative and sales support experience in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with wholesale and retail customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Review and input incoming orders, identifying upselling opportunities through email or phone.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers by providing proactive, value-driven service.
* Accurately input and update customer and sales data in Loco Love's internal systems.
* Support the Customer Relationship team with processing and tracking customer orders.
* Maintain up-to-date records across Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts.
* Liaise with internal departments for timely communication and coordination.
* Assist the Office Team with various administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies and replenishment of bathroom and tea room essentials as needed.
* Provide support to the Showroom Team one day per week, covering lunch breaks and staff leave as needed.
* Assist with other areas when required.
* Support team members with training and knowledge sharing.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
A minimum of one year experience within data entry and/or administration roles and/or two years or more experience in a retail environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency with data entry and working with spreadsheets or databases.
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and committed to consistency.
* Previous experience in a similar admin or data-entry role is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and order/inventory platforms (e.g., DEAR Systems, Cin7, or similar) is a plus.
