About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Educational Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and families.
Main Responsibilities:
* To lead, manage and support educators and centre managers to deliver outstanding educational services that exceed industry standards.
* To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and supportive learning environment.
* To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* To provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to educators to improve their skills and knowledge.
* To participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and research.
About You:
This is a predominately Non-Contact role, however may require occasional lunch or programming cover in the rooms. The successful candidate must be able to work 5 days Monday-Friday.
