We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Manager** to join our _Abbott Medical Division based_ in our **Macquarie Park** Office.
Reporting to the _Head of Supply Chain_, you will lead a small team of customer service representatives, manage all sales order processing, issue investigation to resolution, as well as credit and invoice management.
**Main responsibilities are, and not limited to**:
- Managing the customer service team and processes to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency and compliance; including hands-on management of day-to-day orders, with a focus on complex orders
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of applicable expenditure budgets
- Implementing improvements and changes in order processing for efficiency and scale
- Investigating and resolving issues related to order processing, shipping and handling
- Collaborating with the logistics function to ensure order fulfilment through various channels meets the agreed service levels
- Developing and reporting on required KPIs / metrics that track customer service performance
- Ensuring that the relevant processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, maintained and are effective
**Who we’re looking for**:
- 2 - 4 years’ experience as a Customer Service Manager within the healthcare or perishable goods supply chain industry
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements, new systems and manage changes
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software, EDI systems and core software systems (e.g. QAD / ERP systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- An understanding of data analysis and statistics with proficiency in excel for reporting purposes
- Robust independence and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to international markets including pacific islands will be advantageous
