We Care Providers is a fast-growing NDIS support organisation, and we are looking for someone who can help us build strong relationships with participants and grow our presence in the community.We are seeking a Sales & Marketing professional who understands the NDIS space and enjoys connecting with people. This role is ideal for someone confident, friendly, organised, and able to take ownership of enquiries and marketing activities.What you will do
* Be the first point of contact for new participant enquiries
* Speak with participants and families by phone, email, and message
* Book and attend participant meet-and-greets
* Explain our services in a clear and supportive way
* Manage and grow our social media accounts (content, stories, updates, reels)
* Create simple marketing materials (posts, flyers, announcements. newsletters)
* Support the team with onboarding new participants
* Build relationships with support coordinators and other referrers
* Track leads, follow up enquiries, and help convert them into active participants
* Assist with small admin tasks related to marketing and sales
What we are looking for
* Experience in the NDIS, disability sector, or community services (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner
* Confident speaking with participants, families, and support coordinators
* Ability to create engaging social media content
* Good organisation and follow-through with enquiries
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or community engagement

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
