The Shared Services Division is a central hub that delivers high quality, efficient, and customer focused administrative support across the University. Operating within a complex and evolving higher education environment, the division streamlines processes and partners closely with faculties and business units to enhance service delivery. This position provides essential administrative and transactional support that underpins the smooth operation of the University's shared services. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, the role ensures inquiries are handled professionally and directed appropriately. Key responsibilities include supporting financial operations, processing invoices and expense claims, assisting with procurement activities, maintaining accurate records, and managing software licensing and asset tracking.
