* Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanic
* Precision, energy, and problem-solving skills are essential
* Candidates with electrical trade qualifications are welcome to apply
* Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Cert 111) or willingness to complete a dual trade
* Current full Australian driver's licence for site travel
* Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
* Australian citizenship required
* White Card (Construction Induction) and current First Aid certification preferred
