You’ll be primarily responsible for end-to-end payroll processing. Additionally, you will assist with accounts receivable, customer service, and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Process fortnightly payroll, including manual entry for some staff, reconciliations, bank files, superannuation, payroll tax, and ATO lodgements.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, monthly ledger reconciliations, and handling queries.Provide administrative support & customer service when required.What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused finance professional with:Payroll experience, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes.A background in accounts receivable or general finance administration.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.A willingness to work collaboratively and flexibly within a supportive team environment.Experience with TechOne or similar payroll systems is desirable.If you’re ready for your next career move in a role that offers variety and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you!If this role if of interest..For a confidential discussion, please contact to discussApply For Job
