Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of the wireless traffic sensor capability improvement project and its associated work packages.
* Collaborate closely with vendors, ICT specialists and business teams to clarify requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
* Maintain project schedules, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and provide accurate, timely reporting to stakeholders.
* Develop project artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications and procurement documentation.
* Ensure effective communication between technical teams, vendors and operational stakeholders.
* Foster compliance with departmental governance, ICT frameworks and project management standards.
