PharmaCann is looking for a reliable full-time warehouse assistant to join our growing team.
This role is hands-on and repetitive by nature. You’ll be picking, packing, and preparing orders all day, every day. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys routine, physical work, and staying focused.

PharmaCann is a licensed pharmaceutical drug wholesaler in Australia, dedicated to supporting pharmacies and patients across the nation. With the ability to distribute throughout Australia and beyond, we collaborate closely with doctors, pharmacies and manufacturers to ensure that patients have access to affordable, high-quality medicines.
This is a full-time role based in our Molendinar Warehouse. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
What you’ll be doing:
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing parcels for dispatch
* Keeping the warehouse organised and clean
* Following processes to ensure orders go out correctly and on time
* Receive stock and assist with stocktaking and inventory control
* Support with pharmacy emails, returns, or order queries
* Assist in processing customer returns promptly and accurately when needed
* Help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
* Assist with general office duties and support other team members where needed
This role is for you if:
* You’re happy doing pick & pack work as your main task, every day
* You have great attention to detail and enjoy staying organised
* You enjoy structured, repetitive work
* You have moderate computer skills (Datapel and Team Global Express experience is a bonus but not essential)
* You’re physically fit and comfortable being on your feet most of the day
* You are reliable, punctual, and have your own transport
* You currently hold a National Police Clearance or are willing to provide a Clearance prior to commencing the role (Mandatory)
