Benefits: Salary starting at $78,000 - $88,000 Super $1000 CPD allowance 3 days paid professional development leave Caseload tailored to your interest area Weekly supervision with a Senior Occupational Therapist Hybrid Role; work in the clinic and out in the community & WFH for admin Travel allowance; 97c per km and a travel cap of up to 40mins from the clinic location iPads, laptop and OT kit provided Choose your start/ finish times or work a 9 day fortnight and have a weekday off! Weekly discipline specific training and lots of opportunities for work shadowing other therapists Comprehensive 2 week induction program where you will undertake work shadowing and learn procedures and systems Administration team to take care of bookings and billings Team lunches provided every Monday and a kitchen full of snacks! Your Role: In your role, you will gradually increase to seeing 25 clients over the week over a period of 3-6 months. You will be conducting initial assessments with a mixed ages NDIS caseload, creating tailored therapy plans, writing progress notes and NDIS reports to track your clients progress. Support: Weekly supervision sessions with a Senior Occupational Therapist to receive support with your caseload and ask any clinical questions you may have.
