Farm Manager (Part-Time) – Binna Burra, NSW
130-Acre Private Northern Rivers Property
We're looking for a
hands-on, organised, and reliable Farm Manager
to help run and develop our beautiful 130-acre property in Binna Burra. The farm currently carries ~40 head of cattle, with plans to expand into orchards and mixed farming.
This is a part-time role offering
***** hours per week
with flexible days and hours.
About the Role
Day-to-day management of livestock and general farm operations
Maintenance of paddocks, fences, equipment, driveways, and water systems
Oversight of cattle health, rotation, feed, and pasture quality
Supporting the move into mixed farming (orchards, cropping & soil improvement)
Identifying issues early and keeping the property running smoothly
Working closely with the owners on farm planning and improvements
What We're Looking For
5+ years' practical farm experience (farm manager or similar)
Strong cattle and pasture management skills
Confident operating tractors, implements, ATVs & general farm machinery
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
