The Manager position plays a crucial part in this mission, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision. This includes ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to engage with consumers, advocate on their behalf, and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, families & friends, and stakeholders
* Experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff, process development, and data capture and reporting
