Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee financing options, including loans and leases, to facilitate vehicle purchases.
2. Collaborate with financial institutions to secure favorable terms for customers.
3. Prepare and manage budgets for the financing and aftermarket departments.
4. Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
5. Generate financial reports and provide insights into the performance of financing and aftermarket operations.
6. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financing and aftermarket needs.
8. Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
9. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financing options and after-market products.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to integrate financing and aftermarket solutions into the sales process.
11. Provide feedback and support to improve individual and team performance.
12. Identify and mitigate risks associated with financing and aftermarket services.
13. Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard the company's interests.
14. Maintaining F&I Training with our Financiers
15. Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts, quotes and policies
16. Offer unique tailored financial solutions, end to end
About You
17. Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the Automotive industry - 3+ Years is desirable
18. Strong focus on MSI - Customer Satisfaction Index
19. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
20. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
21. Takes initiative and is able to anticipate needs before they arise.
22. Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
23. Consistently dependable and trustworthy.
24. Preferred with bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
