Capital Works Project Leaders are responsible for developing and delivering major projects focused on property and building assets.
The ideal candidate will lead the coordination of project activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards.
* Deliver complex projects with a focus on asset management
* Manage project resources, including contracts, procurement processes, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with internal frameworks, regulations, and industry standards
* Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to meet project goals
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of capital works projects.
* Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and contractors.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, WHS standards, and industry best practices.
* Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including procurement, contracting, and cost control.
