About you
You have been in an Art / Content Director or Senior Designer position with a strong visual eye and a love for fashion, content and storytelling.
You're as comfortable developing concepts as you are being on set or behind the screen bringing them to life.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to elevate a brand visually while staying commercially aware.
A strong folio showcasing art direction, campaign concepts and content creation.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience managing photo and video shoots end-to-end.
Ability to blend creative vision with commercial goals.
Hands-on mindset across design, video editing, motion and post-production.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Passion for fashion, visual culture and evolving content trends.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the brand's creative direction across digital, campaign, eCommerce and marketing collateral.
Partner with internal stakeholders to conceptualise and execute creative briefs that elevate the brand.
Lead ideation for seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, product storytelling, and retail initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, overseeing visual standards and tone of voice.
Develop moodboards, shoot concepts, and oversee styling direction.
Manage end-to-end production of seasonal and ongoing brand content including stills, video, and campaign shoot.
Oversee pre-production, talent and location sourcing, scheduling and budgeting for shoots.
Collaborate with photographers, stylists, models, and external agencies to deliver premium assets.
Deliver high-quality visual outputs on time and within budget.
Be on the tools: edit and produce video content for use across brand platforms.
Design and develop assets for campaign rollout, digital marketing, website, and internal use.
Work flexibly across design, motion graphics and post-production as needed.
Stay up to date with creative and cultural trends to inform future content strategies.
