About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Branch Manager to lead our dedicated clinical team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing daily operations, providing Portfolio Leadership and insurance of contractual compliance of our My Aged Care or Department of Veteran Affairs contract requirements, maintaining clinical governance, and delivering exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other Branch Managers and report to the Nursing General Manager, supporting the organisation's broader regional and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all clinical and operational services in line with company values, policies, and Key Performance Indicators.
* Relational Coordination and Portfolio compliance of either our My Aged Care Funding contract or Department of Veteran Affairs contract determined by experience across our Nursing Branch managers.
* Supervise, mentor, and support a team of passionate nursing professionals.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
* Drive strategic goals and report on progress and performance.
* Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for operational efficiency.
* Manage all documentation, audits, forms, and registers to best practice standards.
* Oversee staff development and training programs.
* Foster a culture of transparent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications & Experience
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience plus 5 years in a healthcare management role (ideally in community or aged care).
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Deep understanding of clinical governance and healthcare regulations.
* Exceptional organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
* Strategic thinker with strong operational acumen.
