The Role

Our Customer Service/Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Customer Service/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it is in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Weekend availability is essential.

Key areas of responsibility include:

* Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
* Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Provide customers inquiring about memberships with information and have the knowledge to sell memberships when a person joins or renews
* Promotethe centres services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
* Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
* Replenished condiments as needed
* Follow health and safety guidelines
* Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
* Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
* Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods

Skills & Attributes:

* Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
* Coffee making/ barista skills
* Food handling Certificate
* Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
* Current CPR Certificate.
* Current Food Handlers Qualification
* Police Check
* Working with Children CheckAbility to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
