**This opportunity**

The role of a Planning Manager is to continually protect and grow the Home Broadband customer base measured by churn reduction, product attachment rate, rate plan change management and the growth of the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). This includes developing the customer strategy within TPG's CRM system and detailed planning of initiatives and programs that are driven by data and customer insights, resulting in effective and consistent 1 to 1 conversation with our customers to produce positive commercial outcomes.

- Own the end-to-end management of the Home Broadband base and the commercial KPIs including churn reduction, product attachment rate and ARPU growth.
- Develop strategy and planning to support commercial objectives, adopting a test and learn mindset.
- Deep understanding of the Home Broadband base, including customer base movements during the lifecycle, identify cohorts of customers who are at risk to churn and what levers to use to reduce this risk.
- Identify data driven opportunities to conduct experiments that can result in profitable commercial outcomes including incremental recontracts, rate plan change management and churn reduction ensuring the initiatives can be scalable in the short term.
- Monitor, prepare, and present campaign and program results and incremental benefits to the Senior Leadership team and to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead the development of deep dive analysis with the Insights and Analytics team to understand business problems, find solutions and improve the performance of the TPM portfolio.
- Lead the development and cross-functional execution of strategic programs and initiatives with campaign operations, data analytics, legal, brand and communications teams.
- Lead the development and performance review of propensity models to predict churn, mobile attachment, and up-sell to on-net products as required.
- Work cross-functionally with the Product, Care, OTM, Finance, Go to Market, among other teams to support the execution of quarterly and monthly retention and grow plans.
- Lead the analysis, design, business case and development of BTL offers and programs as required to meet the TPM Home Broadband objectives.
- Forecast end of the month results; devise and execute initiatives in the month to close gaps against budget.
- Collaborate with TPG's Analytics, Pricing and Finance functions to ensure commercial hypotheses and the data to prove/disprove, is sound and accurate.
- Adhere to TPG Telecom Limited policies and procedures as introduced and varied from time to time.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Strong background in Data-driven Marketing with demonstrated record of extracting meaningful data and using insights to support decisions to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with CRM or Personalisation programs.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker and excellent planning skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to execute initiatives that deliver positive commercial impacts.
- Experience working in Customer Marketing, Customer Value Management or Planning within Consulting firms or Telecommunications, Financial Services or Retail industry.
- Demonstrated experience of prioritising according to business KPIs and budget.
- Innovative and keen to think out of the box in a pragmatic and systematic approach.
- Operational experience that includes working with campaign operations, data analytics, business intelligence, communications, and creative teams.
- Experience working with the Agile methodology and tools will be a plus.
