Care Assistant
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as care assistants.
About the Role
As a care assistant, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and community. You will help people achieve their goals, maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
* Providing social and community access support
* Supporting clients with mobility and transport needs
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Following individual care plans and NDIS quality standards
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Reliability, empathy and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred but not essential)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
