Job Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of clients and lead junior staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a broad range of client relationships across various industries.
* Collaborate with clients and partners on customized projects and ad-hoc work requirements.
* Prepare and review financial statements, including Statutory Accounts and Management Accounts.
* Develop and review tax computations and returns for clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
* Effectively manage time, workload, and team performance to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
* Provide guidance, support, and quality assurance for junior staff, promoting their growth and development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent by experience.
* Significant practice experience.
* Proven track record in client management.
* Experience reviewing and mentoring junior staff work.
